A nice drink with the benefits of fiber. The fiber is soluble, and does not prevent the absorption of calcium present in milk and it is also known for its contribution in the reduction of cholesterol levels.

Bolero Ingredients: Barley, malted barley, chicory, inulin, rye and acidity regulator (e525)

MOKAMBO & BOLERO are a source of fiber, with all natural ingredients and don’t contain fat or added sugars, only the sugars that are naturally available in the cereals. They can be prepared with either milk or water as per your personal preference.
