Our patented ingredient ModCarb ™ is rich in grains (such as amaranth and quinoa) with green certificates, has a low glycemic index and is also rich in mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Shake 50 g powder (1 serving = 2 scoops) with 100ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat) or water in a shaker. Let stand a few seconds. Can be mixed with water or milk. 1 serving = 2 pancakes.
- Preparation on the stove: Add the mix to a hot pan with a little oil.
- Preparation in the microwave: Mix on microwave dishes at 800 Watt heat for about 1.5 minutes.
