Weider Beta-Ecdysterone provides pure beta-ecdysterone which is extracted from a highly concentrated spinach extract and contains Gamma-Oryzanol and Yam Extract. Gamma-oryzanol increases testosterone and human growth hormone levels, as well as improves strength during resistance exercise training.
Recommended Use
Take 3 capsules after breakfast with plenty of water. It is important for the entire time you are taking to keep your protein intake at a constant high level (min. 2 g of protein per kg body weight).
