Description

BCAAs are called branched-chain amino acids (leucine, valine, and isoleucine) and are, along with glutamine, the most abundant amino acids in muscle tissue.
They are essential, so we must ingest them through food and dietary supplements, since the body cannot synthesize them.

Quamtrax brings us BCAAs in a ratio of 4: 1: 1, whose anabolic effect on the body to build muscle has been scientifically proven.

DIRECTIONS
Take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets before/after training.
