## **Weider Premium BCAA Energy’s main ingredients:**

**Branched chain amino acids (2:1:1):** Branched chain amino acids are three essential amino acids needed for muscle growth and maintenance, especially for athletes and people who exercise regularly. They’re also key for muscle recovery.

**Glutamine:** Glutamine is an amino acid used to help prevent muscle protein breakdown and to improve growth.

**Caffeine:** Each dose supplies 100 mg of caffeine from natural sources. Caffeine has proven ergogenic action, which means it improves performance. It also stimulates the central nervous system, activates the metabolism of fats and improves muscle contraction.

**Green Tea Extract:** It is considered an antioxidant that is also revitalizing thanks to its content in natural caffeine.

**Vitamin B6:** This vitamin supports the normal metabolism of energy; it helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion; and also contributes to a normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen.
