**Ingredients**

Prepared Carbohydrates (corn maltodextrin, wheat starch, wholemeal oatmeal, potato starch), protein mix (milk protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, egg white powder), 9% low-fat cacao powder, whey powder, 2.3% creatine monohydrate, medium chain triglycerides (of palm oil), flavour, sweeteners: acesulfame K, sodium saccharin, sucralose; thickening agent: guar gum; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; colorant: beta-carotene; l-ascorbic acid, iron pyrophosphate (III), vitamin E, niacin, zinc oxide, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid, potassium iodide.

**Recommended Use**

1 serving per day. The recommendation is for 6 weeks. Then take a break for 2-4 weeks.

Mix 1 serving = 4 scoops = 150 g powder with 550 ml semi-skimmed milk or water.
