# Quamtrax, Super BCAA 4.1.1 Advanced, 200 Tablets

BCAAs are called branched-chain amino acids (leucine, valine, and isoleucine) and are, along with glutamine, the most abundant amino acids in muscle tissue.

They are essential, so we must ingest them through food and dietary supplements, since the body cannot synthesize them.

**DIRECTIONS**
