Pure Magnesium Oil is a highly concentrated spray of pure Magnesium Chloride brine from the ancient Zechstein Seabed in the Netherlands. Extracted from depths of 1600 to 2000 meters under the earth for unmatched purity, this powerful, calming mineral has remained in its pristine condition, far from modern-day pollution, for thousands of years.

Non-greasy and fast-absorbing, our pure magnesium chloride spray can be used daily, helps soothe and relax overused muscles & joints, and has a calming effect on both body and mind. It provides approximately 70 mg of elemental magnesium for every 4 sprays or 500 mg per teaspoon.

**SUGGESTED USE**

Spray 4-5 times onto skin and massage the area. Can be reapplied as desired. A slight white residue of sea salt may form on skin surface, which can be wiped or rinsed off.

- Spray it on after workouts or other strenuous activities to soothe and refresh overused muscles and joints.

- Add 2 ounces to your bath or foot soak and immerse for 20-30 minutes.

- Use at bedtime to help you relax. For best results, apply half an hour before bed or any time you need some calming relaxation.

- Can also be used as a deodorant or or deodorizing foot rub.
