Isostar Hydrate & Perform is the ideal sports drink for anyone who wants to achieve more. When the body loses fluid during training, performance suffers. This isotonic sports drink with a large proportion of electrolytes optimally balances the fluid and mineral balance. In addition, the sports drink provides the body with important carbohydrates and ensures hydration control, endurance increase and recovery optimisation.

Isostar Hydrate & Perform provides the body with electrolytes and valuable minerals, allowing water to be absorbed better. The sport does not matter. Whether mountain bike, trail running, football, athletics or running, the sports drink supports every sporty challenge.

**HYDRATION SOURCE**

A micro nutrient source, especially Calcium and Magnesium, that contributes to good muscle function during exercise and good recovery. It is also rich in vitamin B1 that contributes to converting food into energy.

**DIRECTIONS**

1 serving = 40 g (3 dosage spoons) stir in 500 ml of water. The manufacturer recommends drinking Isostar Hydrate & Perform during the warm-up phase (150 ml to 300 ml) as well as regularly during and after the load or competition (approx. 150 ml every ¼ hour).
